US crossed the 2 million mark with 2, 063,812confirmed cases, over 25,000 new cases in 24 hours 115,271 deaths 646 new deaths in 24 hours

TX 87,854 confirmed cased 1,976 deaths Travis county 4,461 confirmed cases 104 deaths

  • This week CDC received 17 individual national forecasts.

  • This week’s national ensemble forecast suggests that there will likely be between 124,000 and 140,000 total reported COVID-19 deaths by July 4th.

  • The state-level ensemble forecasts suggest that the number of new deaths over the next four weeks in Arizona, Arkansas, Hawaii, North Carolina, Utah, and Vermont will likely exceed the number reported over the last four weeks. For other states, the number of new deaths is expected to be similar or decrease slightly compared to the previous four weeks.

  • India is seeing thousands per day of reported cases, now 4th in number of cases and deaths in the world

  • Beijing also seeing a worrisome upsurge in the virus. Health authorities there say the source appears to be a large and popular food market

2.Updates on any action items:

-Status of food pantry still well stocked

- All went well for those that turned out for filming for the virtual graduation. A meeting will be held to be sure we are including all the elements of the traditional ceremony. We want to be sure the event is as special as it can be for a virtual ceremony.

- Summer Clinic registrations, Ashley will pull some summaries for tomorrow’s meeting and for later today. Ashley attended a good webinar on CAMS

- Good pilot for clinic re-opening on Thursday, we will report out on Tuesday’s update meeting. Remember, M, T,W are Daily Briefings, we use the Tuesday Daily Briefing time to do planning and updates on Clinic re-openings, we use the Thursday Briefing time to do planning and updates for Campus re-openings. The same Daily Briefing link is used for all these meetings. On Tuesday and Thursday the re-opening teams have the floor but no one is excluded from joining the meeting.
