1. Any CDC, local health department, CCAOM or other agency updates?

US 3,698,161 confirmed cases (more than 67K increase in 24hrs) 139,659 deaths(more than 800 increase in 24 hrs)

TX 325,030confirmed cases 3,958 deaths (this was yesterday, reports this morning indicated we have exceeded 4,000) Travis county 17,454 confirmed cases 203 deaths

-In Nueces county that includes Corpus Christi, 85 babies tested positive for COVID. Local health authorities begging pubic to wear masks

-Yosemite National Park closed as COVID found in park sewage

2.Updates on any action items:

-With some unexpected news regarding one of our faculty this weekend some quick changes to courses and clinics have had to adjust. Students will be contacted and new schedules will be posted.

3. Communication for our AOMA community? Any new issues?

- Tuesday and Thursday morning re-opening planning meetings will be cancelled and we will find time on Tuesday and Thursday afternoon to hold a Town Meeting/Briefing. This will allow us to have a daily touch base, update one another as we continue to manage through the Pandemic.

-Prepare a handout regarding exceptions to mask vs shields Informed consent when students have a legitimate health(respiratory issue) that makes wearing a mask harmful.

-Today is National lollipop and Moon Day, also international chess day and world jump day, Get out of the dog house day
